INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

Messrs Delaney & Co. is an interior design studio that helps unravel the potential of space and reflect the stories of the people who use it. Inspired by individual life stories, we work closely with our clients to create a bespoke design that reflects their lived experiences while reflecting the aspirations of what is yet to come.

STYLING

You may not want new furniture, re-decoration, or require the full renovation of a space - either because of the budget, or personal preference. Our styling services are perfect for spaces that are working well but are in need of a new lease of life:

£150/€175 per room

For those with the confidence to execute one of our styling briefs themselves, this service can all be provided remotely and will give you the tools, inspiration, and objects with which to style your space. Following a 1-hour virtual meeting, you will be provided with a concept board, shopping list of decorative accessories and soft furnishings (working to your budget), and expert tips on how you might put the room together.

£350/€400 per room + travel

As with Online Styling, this package includes a 1-hour consultation meeting, after which you will be provided with a concept board and a shopping list of decorative accessories and soft furnishings (working to your budget). However, if you struggle with putting those finishing touches into place, or simply don’t have the time, Messrs Delaney & Co. will be on site to help you put everything together perfectly.

COLOUR CONSULTATION

From £50/€55

At Messrs Delaney & Co. we believe interior design services should be accessible to everyone. With the current financial crisis in mind, we are pleased to offer a virtual 20-minute colour consultation to help you create a beautiful colour scheme for a room in your home from £50/€55 for your first room, and at discounted increments thereafter up to a maximum of 6 rooms, so you are fully in control of what you’re spending.


Following the consultation, you will be provided with a personalized digital design board complete with colour selection and finishes. We can also offer discounts on selected brands when you order through Messrs Delaney & Co.

NEXT STEPS

Each new project will begin with a free, no-obligation, consultation. This can take place virtually or in person and we will discuss the scope of the project, budget, your individual needs, personal likes and dislikes and your expectations for the project.


A detailed quote will be sent following this initial meeting based on the scope of the project and size of the room or rooms. The quote will cover the sourcing of furniture, fixtures and fittings, fabrics, wall and floor coverings, and the provision of relevant samples for you to review. It also covers concept boards, floor plans and furniture layouts. CGIs and illustrations are quoted separately on request.

DESIGN

Messrs Delaney & Co. believe that Interior Design is something that should be accessible to everyone. The spaces we use and live in have an impact on our lives, which we often overlook. Our design services have been developed to bring a designer’s eye to your space no matter what your budget.


Our design service will maximise the potential of individual spaces through bespoke design. For example, we work closely with craftsmen and cabinet makers to create bespoke furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, dressing rooms and libraries to perfectly suit your project. We present our designs in the form of developed design sketches and CGI drawings, supported by technical specifications, furniture lay-outs, flooring, window treatments, soft furnishing, upholstery, lighting, and accessories. Our design services are optionally complemented with our styling service outlined above.


As the client, it is of the utmost importance to us that you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process, so it is vital that costs are clear from the outset and tailored to fit your specific budget. Fees vary according to the number of rooms, room size, and scope of the work. A detailed quote for each individual project will be sent following the initial meeting and site visit.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION

At Messrs Delaney & Co. we understand the complexities of renovation projects and offer a Project Management service that will oversee the entire process from design concept through to installation and completion. We will oversee the transformation of your spaces, procuring, coordinating, and supervising a wide range of trades to bring the project to life.


Comprehensive and meticulous snagging will be undertaken to ensure the highest quality and workmanship are delivered across our design execution and installation. Our project management service ensures that your project is delivered on time, depending on your specified scope and budget.
